We use only the best materials available for the job. Some fabrics are better suited than others for a particular application. The clear Vinyl (We call it “glass”) comes in a variety of qualities. We will discuss material issues with you while developing an estimate. When selecting a flexible clear vinyl for your enclosure panels, we strongly recommend the top-of-the-line, Marine Clear 2000. It is 30 Mil thick, rollable, press-polished, UV and scratch resistant and looks great for years! It’s the best flexible window material on the market.
| To the extent possible, we use Stainless Steel hardware and the strongest thread available. For “breathable” fabric we recommend Sunbrella™ Acrylics. Our premier enclosure trim material is Stamoid™ for its excellent UV properties, strength and just plain good looks. |

By communicating with our customers and educating them on the processes we use as well as the materials recommended, we have found that they appreciate a quality job and we choose to do only quality work.
It is a fact that we have the absolute best customers in the world, most of whom I see on the water quite a bit and we will not disappoint them…period.

| Unsurpassed Quality | |
All of our covers are made with the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. We do not offer a compromise, "economy" model. If our label goes on a cover it means:
- Double-sewn seams
- Reinforced wear spots
- All zipper pockets (for easy removal of tops)
- Heavy reinforced facing
|
- Acrylic bias or Stamoid binding.
- We use high quality fabrics for our tops and covers.
- Sunbrella® & Stamoid®
- Pressed Polished Sheet Vinyl

Maintaining Your Boat's Value
When canvas is removed from the boat it is very important to spend time to store it properly.
|
The three most important things to remember are:
- Store canvas clean and drive with no creases.
- Even though these fabrics don’t support mildew, humidity combined with chemicals in the air and growths on the surfaces can lead to mildew, mold, stains, marks and worse.
- You can roll some covers but be very careful to watch for creases or folds.
